Please clarify this statement to your citizens.

I don't know if griefing is the proper term to be used. I made this statement as a result of my words being misquoted, not a simple misunderstanding but a deliberate twisting of my words to make it appear I handled a situation different than I did. Another problem I've experienced in private chat has been acts of bullying, accusations of being a cheat, a liar,a dishonest person. Subjected to threats that if I don't do things a certain way I may not be happy with the results. The time I have to spend defending myself or clarifying what I did or didn't say would be better off spent working on CDS activites. I have this problem with less than 1% of the population but that 1% depending on their actions can easily consume 90% of my in-world time clarifying what I said or what I've done because what I've said or done has been posted in the forums incorrectly.

This was my experience as a politician in CDS 5 years ago, and I was just a representative! Only advice I can give you is - don't let it drive you to becoming cynical, and politics is a b*tch.
