Request for RA ability to post in RA Announcements

Could you enable posting in RA announcements for all RA members? Currently this is restricted to the LRA who has been experiencing some computer problems.

I want to make sure that we can post the notice and agenda for Saturdays RA meeting in the correct location. The SC recently invalidated an RA meeting because we did not follow our rules of procedure to the letter of the code. I want to avoid a similar issue cropping up this week
