If it's covered by existing laws, that's fine. IMO, we can manage the necessary procedures by executive policy. But be warned that if any citizen comes screaming to the RA that their parcel was reclaimed for going only over 1 day... you'll know why. If the parcel was for sale, IMO, we should be absolutely unforgiving.

The RA acted yesterday to modify the covenant for each sim to (1) include the wording regarding selling a parcel on which you owe tier, (2) remove the wording requiring that all parcel ownership changes be reported to the Treasurer, and (3) fix the URL link giving access to the chart of tiers for each parcel.
These changes have now been made and the customized covenants been re-loaded into each sim.
