Sometimes we read or even experiment a bit with meditation, and a question pops up in our minds: what are exactly the benefits of meditation? Most schools suggest that we can calm our minds, and that is supposed to give us some peace and help us deal with stress and anxiety. But how exactly does staying crosslegged and observing our thoughts bring us tranquility? How does it work? Isn't it too much abstract?
In this session we will analyse some of the benefits that meditation brings us — not with abstract and vague answers, but benefits that work out in everyday life, turning us into more functional human beings.
