**Be Advised** random prim/sim clean up is happening

Dear Citizens and Friends,

Yesterday, in the RA meeting, further discussion was held to begin some form of sim clean up with one of the primary purposes being the freeing up of prims. I volunteered to head the committee to do that, but right now that committee is just me. If you'd like to participate, please let me know.

Anyways, I am beginning now and beginning with the low impact (?!) effort to identify random runaway prims and also unowned/for sale parcels that have previous owner prims on them...and returning those prims. I am endeavoring to be very careful to only return prims that SHOULD be returned. If I make a mistake, I apologize. If you've been using CDS common land or for sale land as a sandbox for temporary builds, make it a priority to let me know.

I know the Guild and Executive have been building (because I have come across things in places where I did not expect them), so please make sure I am in the loop for builds or sandbox type rezzes that you need me to leave alone. Sending me a notecard - In-World - with the coordinates is the best way to let me know.

P.S. any prims that are on privately held land will be untouched at this time, but please be advised that - since it is possible to get more prims on a parcel than the parcel supports - I (the committee) will be looking at that in the future to be sure everyone gets their fair share.

**Update** I found a squatter at 4000m in NFS. Tan helped me and we were able to free up a few hundred prims. (thank you, Tan)

There seems to be an issue when people sell their land, that the settings are allowing for anyone to rez and to allow anyone object entry. These settings should be set to group only. This is why we end up having 'squatters'.

I've changed the public lands, where I can find them, to group rez and object entry only (LV group), but only the owners of the individual property can set them if they aren't LV group land.

I continue my 'de-primming' where possible, as I've been doing since LL changed it so that we could stretch past the 10m size. I guess I'm part of your committee Bags, although I didn't know there was one! There are undoubtedly others who have been quietly doing the same thing as well.

Yes, I joined Bags. She has a lot of good ideas. I am consulting Bags as a clean-up coordinator. And I gladly accept coordinates of questionable objects on common land.
