SL10B - The Second Life 10th Anniversary

Post by Tor Karlsvalt »

SL10B opens today, June 16th, at noon SLT. The SL10B exhibit will run through June 29, 2013.

All are encouraged to visit the CDS exhibit. We have put together an interesting exhibit about our history and mission in Second Life.
We have a good location, near several exhibits which will probably be good draws.

SL10B is a wonderful opportunity to experience the creativity of SL. For us, if you had no idea of our history the timeline exhibit will help you get a feel of what CDS had experienced over the years.

So please visit our exhibit, spend some time there and engage visitors who may what more information about our sims and unique mission in Second Life.

The SL10B exhibit looks wonderful! Lilith did a great job on the Rathaus, and Tor really packed a lot of information onto those display boards. I think the whole thing represents the CDS very well.

What a wonderful exhibit! I was actually surprised that it looked so great — lots of attention to details. I specially loved how you managed to "recover" old prims from the old Kirche... and the amazing "first rock" in Anzere! Wow!

Nice job — thanks so much for everybody who worked on this!

The C.D.S. "pavillion" in the SL10 B was something to be proud of. Great thanks to the people who made it an attraction. 8) /Em

Thank you all for your compliments. Helping to present CDS at the SL19 was a big honor for me.
Maybe we should have a permanent exhibition about our history somewhere at our Sims. :D

I think a permanent exhibition about our history somewhere in the sims, as Lilith has suggested, is a great idea. Maybe we could have a new Rathaus in NFS, with the info in there. The old Rathaus doesn't serve any function anymore.
