I've just finished re-building my 3 stadt hausen (city houses.... did I get the German right?), improving the quality a great deal and lowering the prims to just 18 each. I'd be pleased to offer free copies to any person who's a CDS Citizen. This means, as you know, owning a parcel in the CDS and being current with your tier payments.
The houses are really meant for use within the walls at Neufreistadt, but I guess you can use them anywhere. I don't call them fachwerk because I don't think they technically are fachwerk... but I'm not really sure. You can see them by going to my little shop on the NFS Platz, called "Golden Glass" and finding the vendors. Below each one is a box, which, if you touch it, enables you to tp to models of the build. Look for symbols of the shop in order to tp back. I'm thinking about creating more, once my other projects are complete.
If you'd like one (or more), please DO NOT buy it and ask for a refund, as I can't give that. Please just IM me and ask, and I'll be happy to give you a copy once I check your status. All the builds are Copy/Mod/No Transfer.
Also, just for news. I've rebuilt the School of the Artisan Guild... again... much higher quality (I was NOT a very good builder in the old days!) and a LOT fewer prims (thank you AGAIN Shep for bringing to us the golden knowledge of the Convex Hull!). I'm also doing the same with the NFS City walls, which were created by Dianne Mechanique, but which she kindly gave me the rights to. Using the CH setting, plus taking advantage of the new 64 meter prim size max, I'm able to save literally hundreds of prims there. We should finally have enough prims once Oktoberfest comes around!
