As of yet, Ashcroft, you have not provided nearly enough specifics to warrant your system. You continue to re-propose a system in broad terms, but more human examples are important here.
Here are the specific things I need to hear to understand why this must be a fine-able action:
- What particular honors might these arms be used to recognize?
- What are two examples of how a counterfeit coat of arms might be used to harm a person's reputation?
Pelanor's system on the other hand could be enacted by the Chancellor or the RA with little cost to the community and without the fines that so many of us in this thread find distasteful. It may even be done without bill if so desired. I would be happy to support such a measure that shows signs of compromise and dialog.
