Part I
This meeting began with the swearing in of the 20th elected RA and Chancellor, with the Callipygian Christensen, Dean of the Science Council officiating.
Bagheera Kristan - Chancellor, RA members Tor Karlsvalt, Rosie Gray, Cleopatra Xigalia, Shep Titian, Gwyneth Llewelyn sworn in.
Part II
Gwyneth Llewelyn was nominated by Cleopatra for Leader of the Representative Assembly (LRA), but she declined.
Shep Titian was nominated for LRA by Tor and seconded by Rosie. There were no further nominations. All voted aye to accept.
After some discussion on an initial motion by Rosie Gray to include formal Minutes of each RA meeting, the amended motion stood as:
Rosie Gray: Motion to have regular formal Minutes of meetings posted of the RA meetings, and to include a separate posting of the chat as well. All to be posted onto the CDS forum. The Minutes will be approved or amended at the following RA meeting. Seconded by Gwyneth Llewelyn, all voted in favour, motion carried.
There followed a discussion of the new RA to pick a date and time for the next meeting.
