A gathering of political wonks...

Post by Pelanor Eldrich »

I'm noticing a healthy interest in questions of citizenship, republic vs. confederation, expansion, constitutional reform, the role of the guild and the judiciary. I'd like to gather for some conversation, debate, explanation and clarification. I'm also interested in hearing about some of the more revolutionary ideas out there.

I propose (with Rubiyat's permission) using Trotsky's (a place for revolution) as a wonk hangout where we can very informally and off the record meet as a community and talk. This is not a DPU meeting and is open to all comers.

I could hang out there during weeknights at 5pm SLT. Anyone interested? Any other times you'd prefer? Thanks!

I would like, although that time isn't so good for me, save (currently) mondays and wednesdays. and not always then.

5am SLT is one o'clock in the morning for me - can it be earlier?
