I'd like to add that we are also allowing current citizens to "swap" plots; this isn't a new thing (as it's been allowed in NFS) but if you'd like to live in Colonia Nova it is an option. Your current plot has an exchange value equal to the price listed on the website. If you are exchanging for a plot of greater value, you may pay the difference; if you exchange for one of lesser value you lose the surplus. (So, don't do that unless you really want the plot. *grin*)
