Those are slated for redevelopment already, and, remember, we need somewhere to put our courthouse.

More generally, we should probably not sell of the Preretorium until a final decision has been reached on what, if any, degree of local autonomy that Colonia Nova should have. In the meantime, it can be a useful meeting space for, for example, the Scientific Council.

Yes, Ashcroft. I do have that whole Chancellor thing, as you might recall; those projects are on hold until CN is a going concern.
