First let me announce that Neufreistadt / Colonia Nova now has a total of 61 citizens. (November 19, 62 citizens).
As of today, 16 people have bought parcels on Colonia Nova. Of those 16, 9 persons are existing citizens of the CDS. Two of those 9 have re-located entirely to CN. The remaining 7 maintain properties in both sims. As well, then, there are 7 entirely new members to our community, for the total of 16.
Receipts for land in Colonia Nova have totalled US$515.59. These purchases will yield US$103.12 in monthly fees. The total monthly fee that we owe LL for the sim is US$195; we are more than halfway there, 18 days after sales opened.
