Daryl Shamroy has coincidentally also left a freebie prefab (complete with mandatory newbie fan rotating in free air) in Colonia Nova at (61, 27); a posing stand on the land of "Utarid & Springvale"; a "ski rider" on L.03 at (179, 37) and [b:c0ei7j7t]another[/b:c0ei7j7t] batmobile on the land of Dnate at (206, 11).

Leaving litter in both of our sims and not bothering to respond to IM's begins to seem to me like an intentional act.

Taking care of the above; please let me know if these avatars do it again. I'm unwilling to ban for a first offense (given so many newbies are unaware they're in private space, and assume if they CAN do it they are PERMITTED to do it) but subsequent ones deserve the full penalty.

Here's some more work I believe:

Recardo Solomo has rezzed a plywood prim on the balcony of the Schloss Tower at Neufreistadt (236, 174)

Giancarlo Cerminara has rezzed a plywood prim in the NFS School (236, 239, 170)

I tried removing it but didn't have the necessary permissions even when I wore my NFS School Trustee group title.

Meister McAlpine has rezzed a plywood prim in the Kirche at (106, 162, 173)

Also it seems the fountain / torch next to the plywood prim contains an active listen script for commands that change its colour. It seems to me like massive overkill to use a listen script for that kind of petty detail.

It seems somebody changed the "create object" permissions on the Platz.
I think this is a very good idea.

- No more garbare.

- We can still put our objects on the Platz if we rez them just outside the Platz and then move them onto the Platz (as I did with Rudolph)

There is a lot of litter in the CN Amphitheatre, including a vendor and a dead chicken and a small no entry zone... all appearing to have been created by different people....

In addition two wall sections seem to be missing at NFS (202, 253, 173) and (248, 254, 170) but I have a vague recollection of Dianne saying they would be put in place in the near future?
