I would take an amendment making this foundation a part of the guild -- or even making its purpose a guild function, without there being a separate foundation -- to be friendly amendments. To me, the critical issue is funding and the use of funds received as donations for the purpose of bringing in SL workers who could not otherwise afford to buy land in the CDS . If the Guild were able to manage this money to ensure that the funds were spent for this narrow purpose, I think the new Guild is the organization that should run this project.
