Hello all,
We must come up with a guide for our study groups regarding the process to use in order the develop and recommend policies that is consistent with our principles of absolute inclusion, deep diversity, and the power of the best argument.
In particular, we must indicate:
1. How an intem is to be put on the Study Groups agendas;
2. Deadlines by which all submission and proposals on a topic on the Agenda should be posted;
3. Time allowed for Study Group Members to consider proposals before a Study Group meeting;
5. Interaction and voting procedures during Study Group Meetings.
This will constitute a template for all Quaestors to use and adapt to the specific needs of their Study Group and of the topic under discussion/
