RA Meeting
Saturday, October 9, 2021, 12:00 PM SLT

1. Administrative Business
1.1 Approval of the Agenda
Motion to approve the Agenda as presented. Rosie 1st, Tor 2nd, all in favour, motion carried

1.2 Review and approval of the Minutes of the Seventh RA Meeting:

2. Executive Report (Kyoko)
Madame Chancellor Kyoko reported that our occupancy is up but weekly intake is down. She will post the census shortly. Oktoberfest was a musical success and attendance decent. Halloween is next on Oct. 31.There will be a maiko and geiko event in mid November. Next main event will be in December with the Inaugural Ball. She has been attending Virtual World Educational Consortium, an SL education channel run by Madori Linden, and will continue that in January.

3. Land-Use Commission Report (Rosie)
The LUC discussed how they can assist the Chancellor with inspecting and approving new citizen buildings and everyone was encouraged to make their comments on the forum thread. The rest of the Agenda was tabled for the next meeting, which will be held Oct. 30.

4. Old Business

4.1 CDSL 34-01 Land Use Commission Act

- The RA Leader proposes to vote for this changed legal text in order to enact the LUC Act:

Motion to accept the revision of CDSL 34-01 Land Use Commission Act to include the item 4 (B) The duration of comment periods in the CDS Forums is defined in CDSL 34-02. Rosie 1st, Han 2nd, all in favour, motion carried

4.2 Constitutional Amendment for the Case that a Chancellor Candidate cannot be found

There followed a lot of discussion about this proposal, and an agreement that we should continue with it as we need a result but we are not ready yet to move forward with any changes.

4.3 Constitutional Amendment in Respect of the Minimum RA Size
