Special Representative Assembly Meeting of the 36th Term

1. Administrative Business
1.1 Approval of the Agenda

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Rosie 1st, Cathy 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
1.2 Confirmation that the RA has a valid quorum to vote
The meeting was quorate.
2. Voting about the content of the referendum to join the Virtual World Education Consortium and move to the VWEC Eduverse reserve
2.1 Referendum vote approval

Motion to approve the Referendum's positive vote. Cathy 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
2.2 Relocation request
Motion to advise the Chancellor to ask the Estate Owner contact Madori Linden to request the relocation of the CDS estate. Cathy 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried. Kyoko expressed her grateful thanks, as a member of the MOVE team, to the Representative Assembly, the Chancellor and all those who voted, with a special thanks to Almut and Wordsmith for all their support.
3. Adjourn
Prior to adjourning, those members of the Assembly continuing into the next term agreed to propose that June 4 be the date for their first meeting.
