1. Administrative Business
1.1 Election of RA Leader
Delia Lake, as Dean of the Scientific Council, opened the first meeting of the Representative Assembly for the 36th term, and called for nominations for Leader of the RA. Han Held nominated Almut Brunswick. Rosie Gray seconded the nomination. Almut was unanimously elected Leader of the Representative Assembly, and as such chaired the remainder of the meeting.
1.2 Approval of the Agenda

Motion to approve the agenda as presented. Han 1st, Rosie 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
1.3 Review and approval of the Minutes of the Ninth RA Meeting of the 35th Term

Motion to accept the minutes as presented. Rosie 1st, Han 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
1.4 Election of RA Officers
1.4.1 Election of the Pro Tempore RA Leader
Han nominated Han, Rosie seconded the nomination. Han was unanimously elected Pro Tempore RA Leader.
1.4.2 Election of the Archivist
Han nominated Jerry McNally, Rosie seconded the nomination. Jerry was unanimously elected Archivist.
1.4.3 Election of the RA's LUC Representative
Almut nominated Rosie, Han seconded. Rosie declined the nomination. Motion to table the vote until the next RA meeting. Han 1st, Almut 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
2. New Business
2.1 Call for a MoCa Curator and
2.2 Call for the RA's two LUC Citizen Representatives
Almut proposed that a call for these three roles is published on the Forum and made inworld by all member of the RA. Han volunteered to update the notecard for the MoCA Curator and post to the Forum.
3. Next RA meeting
LRA agreed to give Rosie a seven-day vote for the next meeting in the event of her being unable to attend. Motion to approve proposed date of next RA meeting, Saturday December 18, 2021 12 PM SLT. Han 1st, Almut 2nd, all in favour, motion carried.
4. Chancellor Preliminary Report
Tor Karlsvalt summarised his plans for his term as Chancellor, and reminded the RA of several upcoming events. He commented on his work engaging with fellow citizens, and encouraged the RA to do likewise. A brief overview of his marketing and branding ambitions was set out, including the continued use of bus stops and kiosks and the possibility of an SLB presentation. He concluded by requesting that the RA accept Delia Lake as the Executive Representative for the LUC. Motion to give Tor permission to invesigate posting an SL Forum ad for the MoCA position.
